Cyber threats are evolving, shifting from system-based attacks to human-targeted phishing and identity fraud, especially in banking and digital services. π
In April 1138 cyber incidents were recorded by the Information System Authority . This included system disruptions to critical digital services and targeted phishing campaigns that exploited banking and cryptocurrency users, leading to thousands of euros in financial losses.
This highlights the need for stronger identity verification and phishing-resistant authentication methods, such as biometric MFA and solutions that better protect users from credential theft and social engineering attacks. π
We transform biometric data into irreversible cryptographic tokens, stopping fraud in its tracks while guaranteeing total operational continuity and zero-trust security.
1. Biometric-backed authentication: Replaces phishable passwords with robust liveness detection.
2. Irreversible Tokenization (IT2): Converts biometric data into cryptographic tokens, eliminating raw PII.
3. Privacy-first architecture: Secures digital signatures and banking environments without storing vulnerable data.

Real security means no database π
Every time a biometric system stores a face, a fingerprint, it creates a target. Passwords can be reset, faces can't.
At TrustStamp, we built our technology around a different principle: verify, don't store.
π Privacy by Design: Our patented ITΒ² technology transforms biometric data into a one-way, irreversible token. It can instantly confirm identity, but it can never be reverse engineered back into an image of a face.
β
Zero-Storage Authentication: With our Stable ITΒ², the right face regenerates the right cryptographic key, every time. No stored template. No database to breach.
π― Privacy-Preserving Matching: Our technology can confirm with high probabilistic accuracy whether two tokens belong to the same person, powering fraud detection and deduplication, without ever exposing the biometric data behind them.
No database. No stored faces. No data liability.
That's what privacy-first security looks like.

The Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act (BRCA), part of the CLARITY Act, is about more than just legal definitions; itβs about keeping innovation at home.
The recent article βA Cop's Case for the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Actβ by John Bridge highlights a critical risk: if we treat software developers like banks, the best tech will simply leave the country.
At Trust Stamp, we are building the future of decentralized identity right here. Our Wallet of Wallets (WoW) is a prime example of the "non-custodial" innovation the BRCA seeks to protect. It gives users a "stamp of trust" for their identity without requiring a central middleman to store their data.
Regulatory certainty allows us to keep building tools that prioritize user sovereignty.

When it comes to biometric authentication, ensuring the user is the right person is only half the battle. You also have to ensure they are a live person. β
In an era of sophisticated deepfakes and advanced presentation attacks, a simple facial match isn't enough anymore. Bad actors are getting smarter, which means your identity verification needs to be ahead of the curve.
Thatβs where our liveness detection comes in. It combines advanced contactless biometric analysis with robust Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) to seamlessly verify genuine remote human presence.
π€ 3D Face Detection: Dynamically examines expected movement and tracked measurements.
π‘ Anti-Spoofing Algorithms: Uses machine learning techniques to actively seek and isolate evidence of print and device display attacks.
π A Robust System of Over 20 Individual Checks: Designed to instantly block fraudsters from spoofing the biometric capture process.
Security shouldnβt come at the expense of user experience. Protect your ecosystem, safeguard your users, and stay ahead of synthetic fraud.

The rise of AI-powered fraud is making identity-based attacks (that once required technical sophistication) scalable, harder to detect and increasingly accessible through "fraud-as-a-service" ecosystems. π€β
According to a report by Cifas, 444,000 fraud cases were reported last year in the UK, as the tactics of criminals are shifting towards account takeovers, where they take control using stolen data and make unauthorised transactions.
As these AI-driven tactics continue to evolve, it highlights the need for organisations to adopt advanced identity verification solutions that can detect sophisticated impersonation without compromising user trust or adding excessive friction.
At Trust Stamp, we believe fraud prevention shouldn't come at the cost of data security.
π€ Robust liveness detection: Confirms the real-time presence of a living user, effectively stopping deepfakes, replay attacks, and AI-generated identities at the front door.
π Irreversible tokenisation (IT2): Converts sensitive biometric and identity data into an anonymized cryptographic token, ensuring no raw PII exists to be compromised in an external data breach.
β
Seamless account protection: Delivers continuous, high-integrity security checks to prevent account takeovers while keeping the user verification process smooth and user-friendly.
Our privacy-first identity architecture is built to help organizations navigate these rapidly evolving security challenges.

Global online safety laws are facing a massive reality check. From the UKβs Online Safety Act to dozens of pending state mandates in the US, standard age verification is collapsing under real-world pressure. The huge surge in VPN usage also undermines current age verification methods.
Here at Trust Stamp, our approach to age verification combines Zero Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) with biometric checks to enhance compliance and trust while safeguarding user privacy.
1οΈβ£ Frictionless Onboarding: A quick, one-time selfie leverages AI facial analysis to estimate age or verify an official ID document.
2οΈβ£ Cryptographic Binding: The age credential is permanently bound directly to the userβs unique biometric features.
3οΈβ£ Secure Re-authentication: For subsequent sessions, a simple, live selfie check uses ZKPs to verify remote human presence and confirm the rightful owner, without ever storing raw biometric images or templates.

Businesses are losing out on an average of $98.5 million per year. πΈ
A landmark global study from FIS and Oxford Economics highlights a critical bottleneck for global enterprises, a state of financial disharmony, caused by cyberthreats, fraud, regulatory hurdles and operational inefficiencies.
As institutions invest in AI and automation to try address this, a deeper architectural flaw remains ignored. Adding layers of automated detection onto legacy infrastructure does not eliminate risk if those systems still rely on the storage and transmission of raw, vulnerable personal data.
We believe that the best way to protect data is to never store it in the first place. That is the core philosophy behind our IT2 technology.

Implementing biometric authentication is essential for modern fraud prevention, but it often leaves enterprises with a permanent data liability: The Biometric Honeypot. π―
Centralized databases of raw biometric templates or images create a high-value 'honeypot' liability, presenting a prime target for malicious actors. Because a user cannot change or reset their face or fingerprint if a database is compromised, a single breach under global privacy mandates like GDPR and CCPA exposes organizations to hefty administrative fines, legal liabilities, and lasting damage to corporate reputation.
Trust Stamp eliminates this data liability through a foundations-up architecture of privacy-by-design. Our technology removes sensitive data from the reach of bad actors by converting biometric images into less meaningful numerical representations.
π Irreversible Tokenization: Trust Stamp ingests biometric data and instantly transforms it into an Irreversibly Transformed Identity Token (IT2). The result is a unique, anonymized cryptographic token.
β Zero-Knowledge Architecture: The token contains all the utility needed to securely answer "Who are you?", but it cannot be reverse-engineered to recreate the original face or fingerprint. Even if a database is accessed, the tokens are completely useless to a cybercriminal.
π Revocable & Replaceable: While you can't replace a biological face, Trust Stampβs cryptographic tokens can be easily revoked and replaced if an organization's security parameters change.

US lawmakers are introducing bills that impose strict regulations on AI chatbots, including mandatory age verification. π€
These regulations will also ban minors for accessing "AI companions" to increase child safety.
The legislation, called the Guidelines for User Age-verification and Responsible Dialogue Act (GUARD Act), means that AI chatbots providers companies will be pushed toward using third party age verification vendors, that also need to meet data security regulations addressed on those bills.
At Trust Stamp, we believe compliance shouldn't come at the cost of data security.
1. Privacy-first age estimation: Using advanced facial analysis from a quick selfie, our technology approximates a user's age group in seconds without requiring identity documents.
2. Irreversible tokenisation (IT2): Converts biometric and ID data into an anonymized cryptographic token, ensuring no raw PII exists to be compromised in a breach.
3. Age verification and liveness detection: Liveness checks confirm the userβs real-time presence, preventing fraud and replay attacks while keeping the verification process seamless and user-friendly.
Our privacy-first identity architecture is built to help companies navigate these developing regulations.
