👉🏼For this remodel, we opened up the main living area to create a brighter, more connected home inspired by the vibrancy of the Latin coast. Added windows brought in more natural light, while hardwood flooring, detailed tilework, restored masonry, and custom woodwork gave the space texture and character.

The elements hold their own memory… heat, earth, stone, and grain shaped slowly by nature and time. Hard rock, honest dirt, charred edges, and weathered wood become more than materials. They become the foundation of something grounded, lasting, and quietly alive.

Arches have a way of softening a room, turning structure into gesture and passage into invitation. Elegant, quiet, and a little enchanting, archways bring craftsmanship and a sense of movement through the home…

Y’all, we’re so excited to be bringing this ADU to life in Virginia Highlands! There’s something special about turning a vision into reality, and we’re grateful to be part of the process. More details coming soon, but for now, here’s a peek at the progress!

Just put the finishing touches on this exterior renovation! From repairing siding, roofing, gutters, adding a slat wall and fence and a fresh coat of paint, every detail was covered. We’re thrilled with the results!
