We had a fantastic time partnering with Cousins Properties as part of their Wellness C.A.R.E. Series for a guided walking tour along PATH400! 🚶‍♀️🌿🚶‍♂️

It was great connecting with employees from Corpay while highlighting the many physical, mental, and social wellness benefits of walking. From getting active outdoors and reducing stress to building connections with coworkers and the community, PATH400 offers a great way to support overall well-being.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and learned more about Livable Buckhead’s programs and resources. We wrapped up the tour at the Old Ivy Fitness Tunnel, where participants had the opportunity to incorporate strength, mobility, and functional fitness into their wellness journey.

We kicked off our free apartment composting program with just a handful of Buckhead buildings—and we’re pretty pumped about what’s happened so far. 🍌🌱
