So, I had resigned for the day and put on some lounge type pj's. I popped in to marketplace to see what's new. Then I did my usual yarn search. This popped up for $1 (the one with the cirle). I thought surely not, she just wants tire-kickers. I opened it. The description was something like the first one to meet me at Walmart with $1 AND three items you've made, gets it. I want to make sure it's not going to be sold for profit. Something like that. Anyway, pj's and all, I FLEW out the door, drove 12 minutes hoping the yarn Gods loved me today. I GOT THERE FIRST!!! Two of those huge black trash bags full, heavy. Eyes, stuffing, hooks and all. She was getting pains up her arm when she crocheted and wanted it out of her sight. 😥 She took the listing down before I got home and could grab the photos. The 1st one was all I could get and it doesn't show all of it. There are brand new bags with 3 skeins in them. I want to roll in it!! I'm going to finish what I was working on so it will have to wait until tomorrow. I think. 🤔 It's staring at me and saying things... come squeeze me, fo**le me... 🤫😂

I am one spoiled wifey!! My honey works for a big box craft store and they periodically do sample sales of product left in the warehouse. He got this giant Ga***rd of yarn for super cheap! I’ll be making blankets all summer!!

Ok y’all suggested it…and I just got mine in the mail….so freaking awesome. Gonna make crocheting dark colors so much easier to see

I am so proud of myself. Finished my first ever commissioned project 25 penguins. They are not perfect and all a little different but that's what handmade projects are. What do you think?

Finally finished my pop corn garland for gifts this year. Over 700 pieces of popcorn done in under 3 weeks lol. I’m dead

Why is yarn even sold like this? I have spent the past hour or so trying to untangle one of these, and it has broke twice now. It started off fine, but at this point it doesn't even seem worth trying to get the last of it in a ball.

help! this is my current yarn storage situation (a four drawer organizer from walmart). as you can see, i don’t have much room but certainly there has to be a better way to store my yarn. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. my drawers are hard to close as is and my growing collection of yarn is not helping.

Hi everyone!!! I want to proudly share that I finally finished the famous Kirbygan!!!
However I made it a tad too small (is an S/maybe M?) for me so I'm making another one my size and I wanted to sell this one as I think it came out beautiful 😢
I just need to add the elbow patches and pockets but it's practically ready to go. How much could I charge for it? I was thinking roughly $250-$300 but I don't know.
