Our goal is to provide tools that will help leaders and their companies thrive in an ever-evolving marketplace. Our Associates also provide Life & Career, Business Development, and Health & Wellness Coaching in addition to a variety of training, eLearning programs and assessments such as DISC, Role Based Teaming Assessment and 360.

We're excited to announce a small-group mentor coaching cohort co-facilitated by Dr. Mickey Parsons, MCC, and Dr. Kiki Ramsey, MCC — running September through November, entirely online.
This isn't a "check the box" experience. It's a reflective, practical, and supportive 10-hour journey designed to strengthen your coaching presence and deepen your ICF Core Competencies.
Here's what's included:
-7 hours of group mentor coaching
-3 hours of individual mentor coaching
Tentative group sessions: 9/8, 9/15, 9/22, 9/29, and 10/6 (5–6:30 PM ET)
Investment: $950 (a $1,500 value, including a $550 ACC Coach discount)
Seats are limited — this cohort is intentionally kept small to ensure a meaningful experience for every participant.
