Picked this up for an indie TV series and it was so useful. I think I need another!
These tube lights are so handy. I use them on almost every set I am on!
Love these clamps! Great addition for rigging!

Having a slider and/or a dolly is a staple on a set but they can add up in price very quickly so I whipped up a more cost effective way of having one. What you’ll need:
(1) 10”x14”x3/8” cheese plate (modern studio)
(4) 3/8” male bolts (1-1.5” in length)
(4) 3/8” hex nuts
(4) quad skates on brackets (found on amazon)
Diffusion frames on film sets are an absolute necessity for lighting. Every key grip has them in different flavors/varieties. I am skinning a LEE Filters 251 here. If adding them to your kit, it’s a great idea to have at least two of each.
