Welcome to the HUSPITAL. Staying healthy yet impressive while on the grind! Her passion quickly became her purpose. By 2018, she added P.S.
D’Estin Perry – The Million Dollar Mompreneur
D’Estin Perry’s entrepreneurial journey began at just eight years old, styling hair from her bedroom before growing up in the beauty world inside her late Aunt Helen Collins’ and mother Brenda Perry’s salon and boutique. After completing cosmetology school as a Master Stylist, she opened her first two businesses in Fort Wayne, Indiana: Perry Stylez Enterprise Salon/Boutique and Perry Stylez Hair Store—solidifying her place as an official Mompreneur. In 2012, D’Estin expanded her vision with the launch of P.S. I LOVE YOU COLLECTION, a brand that merged her love for beauty and fashion. Today, the collection offers everything from loungewear and hustle-friendly fashion sets to beauty and personal care products. I LOVE YOU CURVES, a wellness-driven extension of her brand focusing on natural body enhancements. In 2016, after a devastating house fire, D’Estin moved to Atlanta, Georgia. With her five boys, she spent six months sleeping in her truck before finding her footing again. Through determination and faith, she reopened her stores and went on to establish her Hair Restoration Wellness & Beauty Clinic, laying the foundation for what would become her signature brand. Her greatest test of strength came in October 2023, when her beloved 9-year-old son, A’Cariyon Dwight Perry, was tragically killed by an impatient neighbor while getting ice cream in front of their home. At the time, D’Estin was also navigating the challenges of leaving a domestic violence relationship, which had significantly impacted her home life. Despite unimaginable grief and personal battles, she has continued to push forward—turning her pain into purpose. While still fighting for justice in her son’s case, she persevered and successfully opened the Perry Stylez Medical Beauty Institute, earning full accreditation by the State of Georgia. Today, Perry Stylez HusPital represents her boldest vision yet—a lifestyle brand designed as a hub for health, beauty, wellness, and entrepreneurship. The HusPital includes:
Perry Stylez Medical Beauty Institute
Perry Stylez Wellness & Beauty Clinic
The Medical Beauty Pharmacy & Gift Shop
The Million Dollar Mompreneur Business Center (a nonprofit supporting entrepreneur mothers)
Through these entities, she helps women—especially single mothers—achieve financial freedom, self-care, confidence, and balance while chasing their dreams. Beyond entrepreneurship, D’Estin has earned her place as a respected industry educator and medical beauty professional. She is a Licensed Master Cosmetologist & Educator, Scalp Micropigmentation Specialist, Trichology Practitioner, and Certified Surgical Technologist. She is also pursuing her BSN RN degree, with aspirations to specialize in labor & delivery and ultimately become the world’s top leading Black hair transplant surgeon. Her mission extends far beyond business. Through Perry Stylez Medical Beauty Institute, she equips women with both technical skills and business knowledge to thrive in the hair, beauty, and wellness industries. Understanding the importance of applying knowledge—not just learning it—she also founded Hustle Mommy University, a platform created to help mothers break generational curses, heal, build businesses, and balance entrepreneurship with motherhood. Nicknamed the Million Dollar Mompreneur, D’Estin is proof that no obstacle is too great. She has transformed her pain, hustle, and resilience into purpose-driven success—and now she is committed to showing other mothers how to do the same. As she often says:
“Let’s eat, ladies!”

Common Hair Loss Myths—DEBUNKED! 🚫💇🏾♀️
There’s so much misinformation out there about hair loss, and during Alopecia Awareness Month I want to set the record straight. Here are a few of the biggest myths I hear all the time 👇🏾
❌ Myth 1: Hair loss only happens to men.
✅ Truth: Women experience hair loss just as often, especially due to hormones, pregnancy, stress, and autoimmune conditions like alopecia.
❌ Myth 2: Wearing wigs, braids, or weaves causes permanent hair loss.
✅ Truth: Protective styles aren’t the enemy—it’s improper installation or lack of scalp care that can lead to traction alopecia.
❌ Myth 3: Shampooing too often makes your hair fall out.
✅ Truth: Washing your scalp helps keep follicles clean and healthy. Shedding during wash day is normal—it’s old hair that was ready to go.
❌ Myth 4: Hair loss can’t be treated.
✅ Truth: Early intervention with the right trichology treatments, scalp care, and lifestyle changes can slow, stop, and sometimes even reverse hair loss.
💆🏾♀️ Bottom line: Don’t believe the myths—get the facts and the right support. If you’re noticing unusual shedding or thinning, schedule a scalp consultation today.

Why am I losing hair? 🤔 Could it be Alopecia?
September is Alopecia Awareness Month 💙 and it’s the perfect time to start asking the hard questions about your hair and scalp health.
Hair loss doesn’t happen overnight—it’s often your body’s way of signaling that something deeper is going on. For some, the answer may be Alopecia, an autoimmune condition that causes the body to attack hair follicles. For others, it could be stress, hormones, poor scalp health, or nutritional deficiencies.
Here’s what to look out for:
✅ Patchy bald spots
✅ Sudden shedding or thinning
✅ Hair breaking faster than it’s growing
✅ Family history of autoimmune conditions
💆🏾♀️ The truth is: You don’t have to figure it out alone.
As a Trichology Practitioner, I help identify the root causes of hair loss and create a plan that restores not just your hair—but also your confidence.
This month, let’s raise awareness, support those living with Alopecia, and remind ourselves that hair loss does not define beauty.

Why Am I Losing Hair? Could This Be Alopecia? 💙
Hair loss can be scary, confusing, and sometimes overwhelming—but understanding the cause is the first step to taking control.
Alopecia is an autoimmune condition where your body mistakenly attacks hair follicles, leading to hair loss in patches or, in some cases, total loss. But not all hair loss is alopecia—stress, hormonal changes, medications, and scalp conditions can also play a role.
Signs that it could be alopecia:
✅ Sudden patchy hair loss
✅ Thinning hair on the scalp or other areas of the body
✅ No signs of scalp irritation, but hair keeps falling out
✅ Family history of autoimmune conditions
What you can do:
💆🏾♀️ Schedule a scalp assessment with a certified Trichologist
🧴 Follow a scalp care routine to nourish follicles
🥗 Focus on nutrition and overall health
✨ Explore treatments and hair restoration options
Remember: hair loss does not define you. Early intervention can make a huge difference! Don’t wait to find answers and start your healing journey.
