Every NP student’s worst nightmare. 😳
She had the same preceptor her entire program. Then her school changed the handbook. Suddenly that preceptor wasn’t enough anymore.
No time. No contacts. No energy to start the search all over again.
She tried NPHub. Matched with a preceptor near her, in her specialty, in days. They handled the paperwork. She finished her rotation and graduated on time. ✅

Nobody mentions this. More than 1 in 2 NPs burned out last year. 😔
1 in 6 reported burnout and depression at the same time. 63% say they don’t expect any relief.
And here’s the part that directly affects NP students: burned-out NPs take fewer clinical students. The preceptor shortage isn’t random. When the workforce is this depleted, the first thing to go is the bandwidth to take on a student.
This is structural. And it’s not going away on its own.
NPHub exists because we’re not waiting for the system to fix itself. If you’re still searching for a preceptor, link in bio. 👇
NP students graduation is getting close, we need to talk. 🎓

And the account is free.

"I was scared. I didn't know if I was going to even be able to graduate — because I didn't have any sites in mind." 😔
Three kids. Full-time job at a psychiatric hospital. She asked everyone around her — coworkers, friends, colleagues — if they knew anyone who could help.
Most preceptors in Bakersfield were already booked. Nobody could give her a straight answer. ❌
She found NPHub Academy
"After I signed on, I felt a sense of ease. I didn't have to worry so much about finding a preceptor." ✅
Now people come to her asking for preceptor advice. And every time, she sends them to NPHub.

Six months delayed. Not because she gave up. Because every single lead went cold. ❄️
She reached out to everyone she could find in the Detroit area. Through her job, through networking, outside the city. Either they weren't accepting students, or the person she needed to contact was already gone by the time anyone replied. 😩
She withdrew from her classes.
Then she came back to NPHub, did the minimum just to see if it would work, and got connected with a preceptor close to her in Michigan. 📍 Now she has all of her second semester clinicals approved and her life back. 🙌
If the preceptor search is the thing keeping you up right now, this one's for you. Link in bio. 👇
