- Restorative Yoga & Self Massage: intigrating Somatic IFS into your gentle practice

- Each class in this series Maha will guide you through Support, Restorative postures to help relieve Fascial lines that grip and brace all day .
You will practice curious and validating inner dialogue with these lines of tension that have been protecting you all day .
Then offer gentle massage and nurturing touch to all the parts that have been longing to been acknowledged.
