🗳️ Important: We will be voting on the District 9 budget and electing our Nominating Committee, so WE NEED YOU THERE TO MAKE QUORUM!

And yes… there will be food. ☕🥐 Because no one should be expected to conduct PTA business without coffee. 😂

We are SO excited for the Reflections Program again this year! And getting to see some of last year’s amazing winners makes us even more inspired for what’s to come. 🥰🏆

We can’t wait to see our students express their creativity, culture, and unique perspectives through dance, music, art, photography, literature, and film! 🎭🎶📸📝🎬

Welcome to our schools and our community, Tom Mathis Sr. Council! We’re excited about all we can accomplish together!

🎉TMC had a great time at CDLT!

Our Tom Mathis Sr. Council PTA leaders spent the day learning, growing, and preparing to better serve our PTAs at Council & District Leadership Training (CDLT) hosted by Georgia PTA!

And yes… we have to be trained too! 😉 Training is part of our Standards of Affiliation (SOA) requirements, so we were happy to hit the classroom!

We had some great sessions covering:

We also picked up the Reflections awards for our amazing students who weren’t able to attend the state ceremony! 🏆🎨

Local leaders will be able to pick up their students’ awards at our first General Session.

‼️ Workshops that are struck through on the schedule have been canceled due to low enrollment.

‼️ Due to an unexpected change in her schedule, Lucy McBath will now join us Friday evening, June 5, 2026, during the Awards Ceremony, rather than during Saturday’s General Session as previously announced.

‼️ Georgia PTA email is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Georgia PTA is aware of the issue, is working to resolve it, and appreciates your patience.
