Goodwin Growth Works

I help owners and leadership teams get what they want out of their companies. Together we implement a complete system of practical tools that get the team to a shared VISION, with consistent TRACTION while being a HEALTHY, cohesive team. EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System, is the newest tool in my kit and has proven itself by producing an average of 8% growth and has been field-test in over 700 companies. Its the kind of growth that can be reproduced, and that can be achieved in a way that still allows for balance, health and sanity! Over the long term, clients tell me they gain peace of mind, become more centered and gain confidence in themselves as they reach their dream for their life and business. I get to use every academic, emotional and spiritual tool/skill/experience I’ve ever gained, helping business owners avoid costly mistakes and stay focused on the right next step.
