Strong careers are built on more than experience — they’re built on meaningful connections. 🤝

At our Graduate Market-Ready Workshop: Build Social Capital, Robinson graduate students explored how to network with purpose. Through interactive activities and discussion, students practiced expanding their networks, creating thoughtful outreach, and building professional relationships that can support their career goals.

A very special thank you to Karen McGrath from AssuranceAmerica for sharing practical insights and real-world perspectives that students can put into action. Your dedication to our RCB grads have made truly made a difference over the past several years!

Thank you to our Robinson graduate students for showing up ready to connect, engage, and grow. ✨

There’s always something to learn from those who’ve been there before. ☕✨

Coffee & Conversation gave Robinson graduate students a chance to sit down with alumni, hear about their professional experiences, and take away advice they can use as they build their own careers.

Thank you to our alumni for sharing their time and perspectives with our students:

Paul Eleazer - Emory University
Jorie Myers - Hapag-Lloyd
Rakesh Patel - Norfolk Southern
Briana Hurst - Racetrac

Thank you to Trevor for leading the conversation! We appreciate everyone who joined us and helped make it an afternoon filled with great conversations and new connections. 🤝

What do you do when you are leading people who may know more than you, have been there longer than you, or are still deciding whether they believe in you?

Robinson alumni are talking about how they built credibility early, handled the awkward first steps of leadership, and learned what actually earns a team’s trust.
