Sanquinetta Dover provides over 20 years of professional experience as President and Chief Executive Officer of DoverSolutions. As the visionary and leader of all Dover brands, Sanquinetta practices innovative techniques to deliver leading solutions to the workforce management industry. She has extensive expertise in staffing, training and project management, and also leverages her finance background to ensure profitability for Dover clients. In addition to her professional portfolio, Sanquinetta is deeply involved in giving back to underserved communities. She serves on multiple executive boards including the Atlanta Employer Committee for North Metro Department of Labor and the Advisory Council for Fulton County Office of Workforce Development. She also travels frequently to speak to young adults about basic business skills, professionalism and success principles. Sanquinetta holds an economics degree from Spelman College.
