Booking Agency/Promoter/Providing quality live music for any event Bruce Hampton, Dan Toler, Kofi Burbridge, and many others. Most agents are men.

Music Matters Entertainment (MME) has worked with the top echelon of musicians, promoters, corporations and venues over the years, having booked tours for bands for many years. MME had the great pleasure of booking and/or managing Wet Willie, Jimmy Hall, Tommy Talton, Cowboy, Diane Durrett, Soulhound, Lingo and others, and promoted concerts that included not only its artists but other great musicians, such as Mother's Finest, Chuck Leavell, Randall Bramblett, Bonnie Bramblett, Paul Hornsby, Col. Music Matters Entertainment founder Terry Reeves retired from booking and managing artists in 2013 to care for ill family members. However, she continued to buy talent for select events in the Atlanta area, as well as promoting benefit concerts from time to time for musicians with whom she had worked until 2016. While off the road and no longer booking tours, Music Matters Entertainment promotes local concerts occasionally for former musicians, and books and promotes a local concert series in Rutledge, GA. TESTIMONIALS

Part of my history in the music business includes being a booking agent for seven years, so I have an idea of what it takes to be a good agent. You need not only to be a good salesperson, but be a good debt collector, extremely organized, love music and musicians, have plenty of patience, be honest, be able to catch phone calls in the middle of the night, be capable of standing up to the tough guys, know how to spot the cons, and be a good babysitter and nurse maid. I tried training and teaching several women as agents and failed. Most could not handle the pressure or fell in love or heat with the musicians. Terry Reeves is an exception to the rule. She is such a great agent that I tried to convince her to go national with her company. She was smart and kept her stable to a small number of bands and artists in order to do the job thoroughly rather than signing as many as she could and do a so so job. She has a great personality and is a sincere friend to those who are fair with her. In the past I recommended her to dozens of new bands and will continue to do so for as long as she is in the music business in whatever capacity she decides to undertake. She is definitely a Friend of mine. Alan Walden

I have known and worked with Terry for many years. She is smart, honest, reliable and I consider her a friend and associate. I would highly recommend her professional services. Willie Perkins

Kristy Lee isn’t just a performer — she’s a weather system.

With a voice that can hush a room one moment and shake the walls the next, she’s built a reputation for leaving audiences both wrung out and lit up.

Born on the Gulf Coast and raised on grit, gospel, and a fierce streak of independence, Kristy’s songs carry the salt of the sea and the smoke of late-night dives.

On stage, she’s all-in, every time — no half measures, no autopilot. Every show feels like the most important one yet, because in her world, it is.

Whether she’s commanding a festival stage, breaking hearts in a packed listening room, or turning a living room into a sanctuary, Kristy delivers music the way it was meant to be felt: raw, soulful, and unforgettable.

She’s shared stages and stories with an eclectic range of artists, defied easy categorization, and carried her sound across state lines and oceans alike. But the through-line is always the same: connection, truth, and the electricity that happens when a song finds its mark.

The next time you see Kristy Lee, you might just walk away believing you’ve witnessed the greatest show of her life — until the next one.
