Focus People is hiring experienced Maintenance Mechanics for a direct hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Hampton, GA. This role is ideal for mechanically skilled professionals with hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

💵 Pay: $30.57–$33.62/hr, based on experience and assessment
📍 Location: Hampton, GA
🕑 Schedule: Rotating shifts every 30 days, 3-shift operation, potential OT
💼 Employment Type: Direct Hire
**Shift Differential: Additional $0.55/hr on applicable shifts**

Experience & Requirements:
🔺 Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
🔺 Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
🔺 Experience with production machinery and systems such as motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
🔺 Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and possible weekends
🔺 Complete required skills testing, drug screening, and background screening
