We're getting ready to mark another pivotal milestone in delivering our Northwest Trail! Our prep work at Bennett Street will set the groundwork for future trail construction, infrastructure improvements, and long-term redevelopment that will include affordable housing and commercial opportunities.

Today, we broke ground on Overlook at Garson, a development that will bring 130 affordable apartments and 10,000 square feet of affordable commercial space to the South Buckhead/Lindbergh area, just off our future Northeast Trail. 👏
