Colsen Owens recently explored Punta Sur, one of the most scenic spots on Isla Mujeres. Known for its dramatic cliffs, turquoise Caribbean waters, and breathtaking ocean views, Punta Sur made the perfect backdrop for another Rabbit adventure!

From beautiful beaches to unforgettable sightseeing, Colsen's trip added another exciting international stop to our Rabbit travel map.

Atlanta ISD wrapped up a full week of professional development today with our Ready, Set, Go Summit, bringing teachers and staff together for one final day of learning before students return!

The morning began with keynote speaker Chad Hymas, who shared an inspiring reminder of the powerful influence school employees can have on the lives of their students and how even the smallest interactions can make a lasting difference. ❤️

From there, staff attended sessions covering everything from legal issues in education to technology integration, gaining new ideas, tools, and strategies to take back to their classrooms.

A week of learning is complete, and now there’s only one thing left to do...

Kendall Simons recently traveled to Louisiana, where she had the incredible opportunity to meet celebrity chef, author, and Food Network personality Chef Jet Tila. During her visit, she enjoyed an exclusive private dinner featuring Chef Tila's newest menu creations and even had the chance to ask him questions about his culinary journey, career, and inspiration.

This one-of-a-kind experience was made possible thanks to the amazing staff at Luk Fu and Live! Casino.

This Rabbit sighting took us to the turquoise waters of Cancún and Isla Mujeres, Mexico! 🇲🇽🌴

Addie Sullivan, who will be in eighth grade this school year, and Jaxson Sullivan spent 11 days enjoying the sunshine in Cancún and Isla Mujeres. Their adventure included a stop at the iconic CANCÚN sign before they headed off to enjoy beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, and plenty of fun in the sun!

We hope they made memories that will last a lifetime!

🎉🐰 Atlanta ISD officially kicked off the 2026-2027 school year with the annual Back-to-School Convocation!

Faculty and staff from across the district gathered Monday morning to celebrate a new beginning, reconnect with one another, and prepare to welcome students back to campus.

We were honored to hear from Dr. Adolph Brown, whose inspiring message reminded us of the incredible influence educators and school staff have on the lives of students each day. Whether in the classroom, cafeteria, office, bus, or hallway, every interaction has the power to encourage, inspire, and shape a child's future.

As we begin a new school year, we're excited to continue making a difference—one student, one relationship, and one moment at a time. ❤️🐰
