Chris brings nearly six years of fraternity and association management experience to the Headquarters staff. In his new role, he'll oversee our member experience programs, help guide the implementation of our strategic plan, and support the undergraduate and alumni programs that make Theta Xi strong.

As we move forward with ONE THETA XI, Chris's experience and commitment to the fraternal movement will be a tremendous asset. Welcome to the team, Chris!

We're excited to announce our keynote speaker for the 162nd Anniversary Convention: Thomas R. Williams

A former NFL linebacker and two-time National Champion at USC, Thomas built his career on the field before a career-ending neck injury in 2012 pushed him to redefine his purpose. Today he's a nationally recognized leadership speaker, author of DIG, Permission to DREAM, and The Relentless Pursuit of Greatness, and founder of The Winning Edge, a retreat experience for driven leaders who refuse to settle.

Thomas blends lessons from the field with practical tools for real life, challenging leaders to track their impact, finish strong, and build cultures that last. We’re looking forward to having him on stage in Tucson 🌵
