Comment "RECIPE" to get the link to this Healthier Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole. It brings together juicy chicken, tender rice, plenty of cheese, and a creamy texture in one pan. It cooks in about 30 minutes and skips the canned soup, making it an easy, comforting dinner when you want something hearty without a lot of fuss.

This is like an emergency dinner! Minimal chopping, comes together in 25 minutes and all in one pot šŸ™Œ

Comment ā€œRECIPEā€ and I will send you the link for this One-Pot Marry Me Sausage and Orzo or find it on my website:

I have been seeing so much hate about ā€œcomment for recipeā€ here, which I think comes from people not knowing why creators do it (Emily Christensen | Easy Sourdough Recipes & Tips inspired me to post this). I also don’t think most people realize how much work goes into creating a recipe for a food blog. ā¤ļø

And honestly, I didn’t fully understand it either when I first started.

What looks like ā€œjust a recipeā€ can mean multiple grocery trips, recipe testing, retesting, photography, filming, editing, writing, SEO, answering questions, updating old posts… and then doing it all over again.

When I ask you to comment ā€œRECIPEā€, it helps support the time, ingredients, and work that go into keeping Grace Filled Kitchen going.

And if you’re new here, I’m Lyuda! I share easy, delicious recipes for busy families—the kind of food I actually make for my own family and would make again. ā¤ļøFollow along! (but I will probably ask you to comment for recipe so just an FYI šŸ˜…)

And if you are a creator, I would love to connect, help in any way I can or knowledge share what is working and what is not because it’s an ever-changing industry.

Loving on anyone going through a hard season—is one of my favorite things, so I’m going to keep sharing ideas for meals to bring people (and what I think of when I decide what to bring; read below)šŸ¤

To get all the recipes, comment ā€œMEALā€ below ā¬‡ļø

No one wants to ask for help or food, but sometimes quietly showing up with a meal is one of the best ways to love someone.

Why I love this meal for a meal train:
1. It’s not pasta. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it, but it’s nice to switch things up—and creamy pasta dishes don’t always reheat well.
2. This family wanted something healthier - this dish is perfectly balanced and can be customized with different toppings.
3. It makes great leftovers. The meal holds up well and can easily be enjoyed the next day.
