June’s Gwinnett County numbers are in. 🏡

Suwanee posted the highest median price at $650,000, followed by Peachtree Corners at $565,000 and Buford at $520,400.

Norcross remained the most affordable city on this list at $349,500, while Lawrenceville held steady at $399,950.

What a seller doesn’t volunteer is not automatically the same as what they’re legally allowed to hide.

I complained through most of this climb. 😂

The steeper it got, the more I questioned why I was there.

But I also knew something else:

The view at the top would make every step worth it.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the climb, it’s trusting that what’s waiting on the other side is worth the effort.

Today was a good reminder to just keep stepping.
