Operating with two fewer judges, Fulton County Superior Court saw monthly case dispositions increased between Jan. 1 and April 30, but pending civil cases are now on the rise.

The data indicated the court is handling a growing volume of unresolved matters while relying on reassigned dockets and senior judges to absorb workloads.
