I’ve realized there’s a big difference between having time and MAKING time because if I waited until I had time for everything that matters to me…a lot of it simply wouldn’t happen.
I don’t magically have extra hours for Pilates and tennis, building a business, creating content, being present with my kids, pouring into friendships, or taking care of myself….especially right now when my time feels more precious than ever. So, I’m learning to be much more intentional with it.
Here’s what that looks like for me:
I put it on the calendar: If something matters to me, it gets an actual place in my day not just a spot on the mental “hopefully” list.
I’ve stopped waiting for the perfect amount of time: 20 minutes of Pilates counts. An hour working on my business counts. A quick coffee with a friend counts.
I accent that making time for one thing sometimes means saying no to another: In this season, prioritizing is key.
I’m definitely still figuring things out, but one thing I know for sure: you probably won’t ever just “have” time for everything that matters to you. Sometimes you have to decide what deserves your time and make room for it. Time is too precious not to ♥️
Apparently “having it all” also means having 37 tabs open in your brain at all times 🥴🫣😂
I’m still figuring out what it looks like to be a working mom, build my own business, maintain a personal brand, prioritize my wellness, be present with my family, and remember that I am, in fact, a human who requires food and, occasionally, sleep.
The biggest lesson of this season thus far has been that not everything gets to be a priority at the same time. Maybe doing it all isn’t actually about doing it all every day…. maybe it’s deciding what matters in this season, giving yourself permission to move things around, and continuing to build a life that has room for all the pieces of you, even if your brain sounds like this while you’re doing it 😂
… and then we get irritated because WHY did no one do the thing we never told them we wanted to do?! (Because…. They were supposed to KNOW!)
Happy Virgo Season ♍️👑
I get asked about my AirSculpt results ALL THE TIME…
So, two years later, now that I’ve had quite some time to live with my results, here’s my honest answer:
After two pregnancies and two C-sections, I wanted my body to reflect the work I was already putting into my health. AirSculpt helped me contour areas that just weren’t responding to diet and exercise…but it wasn’t the magic. The real transformation came from everything that happened after including regular lymphatic drainage massages, consistent Pilates and movement, healthier habits, and more recently, adding in GLP-1s and peptides.
I don’t believe confidence comes from one procedure, one medication, or one workout. I believe it comes from consistently investing in yourself and using tools that align with your goals.
This reel is just a preview. My full 2-year AirSculpt update is linked in my bio!
I’d love to hear your perspective: Do you believe in using every tool available to help you reach your health and wellness goals, or do you prefer to keep it completely natural? Let’s keep it respectful in the comments.
