It was a great morning at Gordon State College helping student-athletes get ready for the upcoming season!

A big thank you to Dr. Brandon Maisel with Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta – Fayetteville & Peachtree City, and Dr. Charmille Hare and DeAndra White, PA-C with Piedmont Primary Care – Locust Grove for volunteering their time to provide school physicals and help ensure these students are ready for a safe and successful year.

We had a fantastic morning at the Monroe County Community Center welcoming Dr. Bruce Byrd, our newest joint replacement specialist!

More than 50 community members joined us to learn about hip and knee replacement, ask questions, and get to know Dr. Byrd. Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the event such a success.

Over the next few weeks, we're excited to introduce Dr. Byrd throughout the community before he begins seeing patients on September 1. We know his expertise and compassionate approach will make a lasting impact on our patients and the communities we serve.

Thank you, Monroe County, for the warm welcome. We can't wait for Dr. Byrd to become part of your community!

We had a great time at the Braves Block Party at The Battery Atlanta this past Saturday! ⚾

Our Battery Atlanta team, including Dr. Fowler, Dr. Patel, and physical therapist Ryan Markus, enjoyed connecting with the community, sharing orthopedic and sports medicine resources, and celebrating alongside Braves fans.

Dr. Mahoney, Shoulder & Elbow Specialist at Piedmont Orthopedics | OrthoAtlanta's Snellville office, had the opportunity to host a Lunch & Learn with the incredible firefighters and EMS professionals at Gwinnett Fire Station 31. 🚒👨‍🚒

We love partnering with our local first responders to share education on Piedmont Eastside's orthopedic capabilities, fracture care, and the importance of proper splinting techniques. Working together helps ensure patients receive the best possible care from the moment an injury occurs. 🦴

It was a great day at the Snapping Shoals EMC Annual Meeting! We were proud to partner with Piedmont Newton once again and connect with more than 3,000 attendees from across our community.
