Here’s the three initial steps to using LinkedIn to make Global Moves.

LinkedIn is still a great resource for making corporate, client, and travel moves, despite how it has changed in the world of social media.

At Reformation we discussed strategic positioning that women can use in the corporate space but these principles can be applied by all entrepreneurs.

To get started:

Obviously research/find the people you want to connect with.
Actually connect with them and that may include getting to know someone else in their network first or at the same time. Consider physical proximity too.
Tell them YES, tell them what you are trying to do. Don’t play games at this step, be clear about your aim and your offer.

Be strategic.
