Estranged parents and grandparents of adult children is a niche topic, but it's an important one. A lot of parents/grandparents in this situation feel a ton of pain, shame, and confusion around communication with their adult children, or lack there of. We are hear to bring that to a community of people who understand and can help you.

Men's communication needs to be more effective in relationship with others, in ways that foster connection. Men lack connected relationships in their lives and often do not understand how to communicate effectively with the people they love, leading to strained relationships all around. We want to help you to learn new vocabulary around emotions and communication, and to do so in a non-shaming and low-risk setting with other men who are learning the same.
