P3 Cost Analysts

Years ago, when I relocated to Atlanta, I was overwhelmed buying my first home here. I was totally unfamiliar with area resale values, school districts, mortgages, traffic patterns, and construction quality. I was starting a new job and to top it off, my original real estate agent was not very service-oriented. A few years later, I bought an investment property, renovated it, and never dreamed that it would lead to a career change! When I became a real estate agent, I vowed to provide exceptional service to my clients so they would never have to go through what I experienced in buying my first home in Atlanta. I help buyers, sellers, and their families successfully navigate the complexities of our current real estate market throughout the full lifecycle of the transaction.
