I thought I was writing poems about love. Years later, I realized I was writing about discovering myself.

YOU MAY ALREADY KNOW WHAT’S HOLDING YOU BACK
The harder question is:
Do you know how to change it?
Maybe you’ve identified the pattern.
You’ve watched the videos.
You’ve read the books.
You’ve promised yourself things would be different.
But when stress, fear, doubt, or discomfort returns…
so does the old behavior.
That’s where coaching can help.
I help people slow the pattern down:
Notice what’s happening.
Understand what’s underneath it.
Regulate instead of immediately reacting.
Choose a different response.
Create evidence that change is possible.
Then repeat.
You don’t need someone to run your life.
Sometimes you need someone who can help you see what you can’t see alone—and challenge you to practice something different.
If you’re serious about breaking a pattern you’ve been repeating, DM me “CHANGE.”
I’ll ask you a few questions and we’ll see if my coaching is a good fit.
I BELIEVE CHANGE STARTS WITH AWARENESS — BUT IT CAN’T END THERE
You can understand your childhood.
Understand your beliefs.
Understand your nervous system.
Understand your habits.
And still remain stuck.
Why?
Because insight without action doesn’t automatically create change.
Eventually you have to practice something different.
A different response.
A different boundary.
A different habit.
A different decision.
A different conversation.
That’s why my approach to coaching isn’t just:
“Let’s understand why.”
It’s also:
“What are you going to practice next?”
Awareness opens the door.
Action walks you through it.
I HAVE A CHALLENGE FOR YOU THIS WEEKEND
Choose ONE thing you’ve been avoiding.
Not five.
One.
Then write down:
1. What am I avoiding?
2. What am I feeling when I think about doing it?
3. What story am I telling myself about it?
4. What’s one small step I can take today?
Then take the step.
Don’t wait for confidence.
Don’t wait for Monday.
Don’t wait until you feel motivated.
Give yourself one piece of evidence:
“I can take action even when it’s uncomfortable.”
Come back after you’ve done it and tell me what happened.
IMAGINE HANDLING LIFE DIFFERENTLY
The difficult conversation happens…
and instead of immediately reacting, you pause.
You make a mistake…
and instead of attacking yourself, you adjust.
You lose motivation…
and instead of quitting, you take one small step.
An opportunity scares you…
and instead of automatically saying no, you ask:
“What would courage look like here?”
That’s the kind of change I’m interested in.
Not becoming someone who never struggles.
Becoming someone who knows how to respond when struggle comes.
That’s what self-regulation, self-awareness, and self-trust can give you.
I’M NOT INTERESTED IN JUST MOTIVATING YOU
Motivation feels great…
until Tuesday comes and you don’t feel like doing anything.
I’m more interested in helping you understand:
Why do you shut down under pressure?
Why do you keep repeating certain habits?
What beliefs influence your decisions?
What happens when uncomfortable emotions appear?
And most importantly:
What can you do differently when the pattern shows up again?
That’s the work.
Awareness helps you see the pattern.
Regulation helps you stay present.
Action gives you new evidence.
Repetition builds change.
I don’t want you dependent on motivation.
I want you equipped with skills you can use when motivation disappears.
TRY THIS THE NEXT TIME YOU PROCRASTINATE
Don’t immediately call yourself lazy.
Stop and ask:
What am I feeling right now?
Overwhelmed?
Afraid?
Uncertain?
Bored?
Then ask:
What am I trying to avoid feeling?
Finally:
What’s the smallest action I can take without needing this feeling to disappear?
Maybe it’s:
5 minutes of studying.
One phone call.
Opening the document.
Walking for 10 minutes.
You don’t always need to eliminate discomfort before taking action.
Sometimes you need to learn that you can move with it.
Try this today and notice what happens.
