🎉 Speaker Spotlight: Anthony Bronaugh Sr., M.Ed., BCBA 🎉

We are excited to announce Anthony Bronaugh Sr. as a featured speaker at the BMBA Summit!

Anthony is a licensed behavior analyst, educator, and founder of AB Education & Behavior Consulting LLC. With over 20 years of experience as a principal, assistant principal, and special education teacher specializing in severe behaviors, he brings deep clinical and leadership expertise to the field. He's licensed in both Ohio and Michigan, holds an M.Ed. in Administration & Supervision from the University of Toledo, and is notably the first Black Male BCBA in the state of Ohio.

Anthony has served in clinical roles at Centria Healthcare, Hopebridge Autism Center, and Gateway Pediatrics, taught at Bowling Green State University, and co-chaired public policy for the Ohio Association of Behavior Analysis. He was also instrumental in launching New Story Schools in Toledo in 2025.

🎙️ Invited Speaker Announcement: Wes J. Lowery, BCBA

We are thrilled to welcome Wes J. Lowery to the BMBA Summit 2026 stage in Atlanta!

Wes is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Sports Performance Analyst with Complete Performance LLC whose work is expanding what behavior analysis looks like beyond the clinic, all the way to the world of elite athletics. He has collaborated with the USA Men's National Rugby Sevens Team to develop performance systems aligned with international competition standards, and he's bringing everything he's learned to our stage in September.

His session goes beyond the scoreboard. Wes will explore how behavior analysis can measure and improve the performance behaviors that often determine success in competitive sports — and show attendees practical strategies for making the so-called “intangibles” of sport truly coachable:

🎙️ Invited Speaker Announcement: Javon May, BCBA

We are thrilled to welcome Javon May to the BMBA Summit 2026 stage in Atlanta!

Javon is the Founder, CEO, and CCO of Autonomous Behavior Solutions — a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, International Behavior Analyst, and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist whose career spans the full spectrum of behavioral health leadership.

From overseeing behavioral support programs in clinical and educational settings, to mentoring parents and entry-level clinicians, to consulting for school districts, behavioral health organizations, and mental health professionals — Javon has done the work at every level. His expertise in severe maladaptive behavior consultation, educational behavior supports, and trauma-informed care makes him one of the most well-rounded practitioners in the field today.

He holds a B.S. from Cal State Fullerton and an M.S. in Behavior Analysis – Educational Psychology from National University, and is currently pursuing his doctorate.

This is exactly the kind of leader the BMBA Summit was built to put on the stage. We cannot wait for you to hear from him in Atlanta.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Lenwood Gibson Jr. to the BMBA Summit 2026 stage in Atlanta!

Dr. Gibson is an Associate Professor and BCBA Subplan Coordinator in the Graduate Programs in Special Education at Queens College, CUNY, where he has spent over 15 years training behavior analysts who are equipped to serve diverse communities with the cultural competency they deserve.

He is also the founder and managing clinician of OneLove Behavior Analysts, PLLC, providing school- and home-based ABA services, and serves as Managing Editor of Multicultural Learning and Teaching. His scholarship centers on culturally responsive assessment and practice with culturally and linguistically diverse learners — work that is not just important to the field, but essential.

As a proud member of Black Men in Behavior Analysis (BMBA), Dr. Gibson embodies exactly what this organization was built for: recruiting, developing, and retaining Black practitioners who push the field forward in meaningful, lasting ways.
