We partner with all levels of government to drive innovation in energy and mobility, improving capacity, production, and longevity. Anderson traveled a path he never imagined, all because he had the courage to ask,’What if?’ That question, and the answers to which it led, changed the world, igniting a global movement toward sustainable business practice and proving that a better way is possible. The Ray is the next leap in that journey, born of the same question: What if we start over and reimagine the way we connect our communities, our lives and our world in a way that’s safer, more responsive to the climate, more regenerative to the environment, more uplifting to the spirit and more capable of generating economic opportunity—today and for generations? The Ray has secured a two-year contract with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Build America Bureau to provide advanced geospatial analysis for the America’s Great Corridors of Commerce initiative.
Using GIS mapping, the project identifies prime highway and railroad right-of-ways to colocate energy transmission, broadband, and utilities. This data driven strategy accelerates project delivery, streamlines environmental permitting, lowers land costs, generates agency revenue, and drives regional economic development.

The Ray and Cox Enterprises have partnered to transform traditional corporate lawns into thriving ecological corridors across the Southeast. Together, we have established five new pollinator meadows, spanning nearly five acres, at Cox properties in Georgia and Florida.
Planted with drought-tolerant, climate-resilient native species, these zones support local wildlife, lower maintenance costs, and reduce water and gas usage, demonstrating how managed commercial land can boost biodiversity and advance corporate sustainability goals.
