I plug into your business when you need me — handling planning, ex*****on, or oversight — then step back when you don't. No full-time salary. No overhead. Just results."

I'm a fractional project manager — think of me as your senior PM on-demand. Small and mid-size companies hire me when they have a project coming up but don't need or can't afford a full-time hire. I plug in for the planning phase, the construction or ex*****on phase, or just when things get chaotic — then I step back. I've done this across IT, construction, and infrastructure for 15 years. My clients get PMP-level oversight without the six-figure salary.

If you have a project already underway and things feel a little loose — schedule, cost, or reporting — I offer on-call project management support.
