Alex and Lisa had a fun and HOT day at the Zoo with last week! It was so great to see families and connect people to resources.

We had so much fun honoring our Mesa County caseworkers with a Dirty Soda Bar just for them!

The work they do isn’t always easy, but they show up, advocate, problem-solve, support families, and make a difference every single day.

Presented by Terri Motley, Neuroptimal® Certified Basic Trainer and foster/adoptive mom, this session will explore how brain training can support healthier emotional responses, improved focus, better sleep, and greater resilience.

Whether you're a foster parent, adoptive parent, caregiver, professional, or simply interested in learning more about brain health, you'll leave with a greater understanding of how a calm, flexible brain can help families thrive.
