The year is not over. There is still time to give your financial plan some attention.
October is a good time to review your savings progress, tax withholding, workplace benefits, beneficiary information and any decisions with year-end deadlines.
You do not need to change everything at once. Start with the one financial decision that deserves your attention next.

You do not have to wait until you feel wealthy to create a financial plan.
Planning can begin with the decisions already in front of you: managing monthly expenses, building emergency savings, understanding your workplace benefits, addressing debt or preparing for a future goal.
You do not need to have every answer before reaching out. A good first conversation can help you understand where you stand, what deserves attention and which next step makes sense for your life.
If you are ready to stop putting your financial future on hold, send Infinity Wealth Management a message to start the conversation.

How long have you been telling yourself that you’ll deal with your financial future later?
You don’t need to wait until you earn more, understand every financial term or have every part of your life figured out. A financial plan begins with an honest look at where you are today, what you want to accomplish and which step deserves your attention first.
The important thing is to stop postponing the conversation.
If you’re ready to start building a plan around your life and goals, send Infinity Wealth Management a message or use the link on our page to schedule an introductory conversation.
Your financial future will not plan itself. Let’s get started.

Open enrollment is not just another box to check.
Your health needs, family responsibilities, income and financial priorities may have changed since last year. Your benefits should be reviewed with those changes in mind.
Before selecting the same options again, take time to review:
• Health-plan costs and coverage
• HSA or FSA eligibility
• Life and disability insurance
• Retirement-plan contributions
• Beneficiary information
• Any new benefits offered by your employer
You may decide that your current selections still make sense. The important thing is to make that decision intentionally.
Save this for your open-enrollment review.
General education only. Benefit options, eligibility and tax considerations vary. Review your plan documents and consult the appropriate financial, tax or benefits professional before making changes.

If you grew up outside the U.S., learning how to build wealth here can feel confusing.
Many first-generation professionals were taught to work hard, avoid debt, and save what they can. Those are strong values. But the U.S. financial system also rewards knowing how to use certain accounts well.
A 401(k), IRA, Roth IRA, and HSA can all play different roles in building long-term wealth and managing taxes.
You do not have to figure it out alone.
If you are building wealth in the U.S. for the first time, a financial plan can help you turn income into structure, and structure into confidence.
Message us if you want help understanding where to start.

Financial independence begins with knowing where you stand.
Women’s Equality Day is a good time to check something practical: Do you know which accounts are in your name, where your important financial documents are kept, and which decisions need your attention?
You do not need to become an expert overnight. Start with one area of your financial life this week. Open the retirement statement you have been putting off, review the beneficiaries on an account, or look closely at where your money went last month.
The goal is to understand the decisions that affect your future and take part in making them.
Choose one part of your financial life to review this week.

Your financial plan can look organized on paper and still be out of date.
Income changes. Families take on new responsibilities. People move, change careers, start businesses, or begin helping their parents.
The plan you made several years ago may have been right for that version of your life. The question is whether it still fits the life you have now.
A useful financial review can start with one question:
What has changed since this plan was created?
If the answer is “a lot,” it may be time to revisit the assumptions behind your savings, insurance, investments, estate documents, and retirement decisions.
What has changed in your life since your financial plan was created?

What do financial professionals mean when they say, “Stay the course”?
It doesn’t mean doing nothing or ignoring market changes. It means staying disciplined, keeping your long-term goals in view, and making decisions based on your financial plan instead of reacting to the latest headline.
