: Everything we do today is built on the foundation of those who came before us.
As we celebrate 20 years of Mark Houston Recovery, weβre reminded that recovery isnβt just about getting sober, itβs about learning a new way to live. Mark often said, βChop wood. Carry water.β A simple reminder that lasting recovery is found in showing up, doing the work, and staying faithful to the process every single day.
His influence continues to shape our programs, our team, and the lives of the men and women we serve.
This October 23β24, weβll gather once again to celebrate that legacy, reconnect with old friends, and welcome the next generation of recovery at our Foundation Stone Family of Programs Alumni Reunion.
Because recovery comes full circle when those who were once helped become a source of hope for someone else.
We canβt wait to see you there. π
