First up - Beginner/Intermediate Trapeze! This mixed-level class is perfect for beginners hoping to uplevel to seasoned intermediate students. Expect fun conditioning, cool sequences, and a supportive circus community!

Come fly with the danger noodles, aka aerial chains, with THE Allisin Chainz! In this workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals required for aerial chain flow. We will be working with double-looped chains. Students will learn various entrances and explore different shapes within the chains with safe exits and transitions.

Join Alli Spins for Intro to Cyr Wheel

In this workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of Cyr wheel manipulation and movement with the wheel. Students will explore the beginning of waltz and center spin. With guidance through the PAT curriculum, students will gain the groundwork for continuing and elevating their Cyr journey.

Friday, July 24, 2026 @ 6:30
This workshop will cover how to combine choreography and floorwork with tricks and transitions to create a cohesive lyra piece! The workshop will include a warm-up and a fun choreo combo to a set song. There will be variations in mounts, tricks, and transitions to support students of all levels! Opportunity to film the combo at the end of the workshop.

Tippy Time - Tippy Lyra Explorations

This workshop will cover various levels of tricks and explorations on tippy lyra, including mounts, spins, poses, dismounts, and tricks. Progressions will be given throughout, and participants will have the ability to freestyle at the end, as well as take photos/video.

Cubesplorations
Saturday, July 25, 2026 @ 3:30PM
This workshop will cover basic to intermediate mounts/dismounts, poses, spins, transitions, and moves on aerial cube. There will be progressions in moves and variations for aerialists of all levels, from basic sits, spins, and poses, through more difficult poses, tricks, and drops. The workshop will include a warm-up, cube instruction for all levels, and an opportunity to free-style and take photos and videos!

Aerial FloorPlay - Lyra & Dance Trapeze w/ Dari Blythe
Slinky, supported, and sometimes sensual, you are invited to explore mobility movement patterns from floor to air as we incorporate a low-hanging aerial apparatus. Gentle, fun, flowy, and playful cues take the lead through this session.

Join Dari Blythe for this unique, multi-apparatus workshop!

The Spin Cycle - Learn tips to start a spin, keep a spin, spin stronger and faster! In this session, we will discuss how to structure your choreography and combos to make your spin last and conserve your energy. We will establish a strong starting spin position and put theory into motion to create visually pleasing, self-propelled momentum that sustains after leaving the ground.
