Shaping Steps ABA is growing, and I’m looking for RBTs who are interested in joining a small, clinician-owned and founded ABA company where you can work closely with a BCBA and be part of a growing team.

Part-time & full-time opportunities
In-home & in-school services
Competitive hourly pay based on education and experience
Monday–Friday schedules
Paid session documentation time
Paid drive time + mileage between clients
Paid holidays
401(k)
BCBA fieldwork supervision available for those pursuing BCBA certification

Family, friends, and staff participated in the 5k adult and 1k kids fun run! Our talented RBTs won 1st and 2nd place within their category! So proud of our team!
