Amazing way to kick off the summer. We got lucky yesterday with wonderful weather, a great boat captain, and of course the best group of people to spend an afternoon on the lake. Being on the water brings back a bit of nostalgia for me, growing up in a lake town. There is something tranquil about being on the water, the horizon, the perfect combination of wind and sun. Thank you all for showing up and making it a great day. See everyone Monday.

Romans story: it’s been wonderful to watch Roman recreate himself over the past few years. The intense challenge of fight camp brings out the best in people and forces them to confront unhealthy aspects of their lives. The goal is simple, to feel good all the time! We are proud of you Roman, stay the course.

Fitness Boxing vs traditional club boxing

Breaking down the nuances, learning the strategy, enjoyment in the skill building process, self defense, better mobility and conditioning, learning to face down challenges and overcome obstacles, all groomed in the traditional club boxing gyms.

What needs to be overcome, the intimidation aspect to jumping in. Luckily, it’s not what you would expect, most fight gyms are full of wonderful people willing to help.
