A neighborhood needs more than housing. It needs somewhere to go.

Structura was the general contractor on the new downtown district at Community First! Village: five buildings, 43,800 square feet, including a welcome center, a market, and Goodness Hall for events and volunteer training.

For residents coming out of chronic homelessness, it's a place to run errands, gather, and be known by name.

We had a great time at the 2026 ULI Marketplace event where we partnered with Pollen Architecture & Design, Square One Consultants, and our fabulous client, Delta Millworks, to showcase their new headquarters and mill facilities we're building in Wimberley.

Not only is the design perfectly fitting for their 88,000 SF showroom and manufacturing facilities, but the design team also consulted Blackland Collaborative to ensure the 33-acre site's environmental features are preserved including the existing native prairie and live oaks. The site is located in the Jacob's Well Groundwater Management Zone so reducing impervious cover was of significant importance to the owners. This will allow water to be collected and used on site or to infiltrate into the aquifer through limestone karst features.
