Tucking down ube paste and sweet coconut flakes into a loaf can definitely change up the dough’s hydration and texture, but baking it in my köök bread oven gifted by .co gave me exactly what I was looking for: a completely cloud-like, pillowy soft crumb. ☁️

Because the heavy cast iron dome lid traps steam so perfectly in that tight space, the dough stays moist and pushes outward into a beautifully soft, swirled interior rather than drying out.

Proof that you don’t always need a giant, sharp ear to have a successful, show-stopping bake. The texture of this slice speaks for itself! 🤤

Easy to make, easy to transport, and no extra serving dishes needed. My kind of party food.

Jalapeño Popper Dip ⤵️

In an oven-safe bowl (these KooK Kitchenware bowls are the best!) mix together:

8 oz softened cream cheese
½ cup sour cream (or 2-3 tbsp milk)
2 finely diced jalapeños
1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar
4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

Top with crushed wavy potato chips and bake at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Add the lid, stack it with a bowl full of chips, and you’re ready to go 🙌
