Sometimes, you get to wear a lot of hats and when they’re all hats you love wearing it’s really creatively satisfying and exciting. This shoot for .energy was that kind of shoot. Production design + prop styling + set design + set build - I had my hands in all of it and I loved it. 10/10 would do it again in a heartbeat as long as I get to do it with this talented team.

Production design work for .energy.

Working on projects as a production designer has been a new love of mine. Creating full room sets, choosing color pallets, transforming rooms with white walls into rooms with deep, rich wall colors with plants and furniture and a million tiny details and artwork - and a whole VIBE is such a satisfying joy!

This one came together with the dreamiest group of talented creatives.

Styled the cover for the Oregon Stater Food Issue 🧪🍁
We imagined OSU’s food lab bubbling over with fizzy liquids, dripping with maple syrup (go Beavs!), and blocks of Oregon cheeses on lab scales layered with Pacific Northwest themed Easter eggs—beaver-shaped syrup dispenser, tree stump risers and pinecones. Trying to tame vinyl tubing to spell YUM in cursive was a career first! The whole project was so much fun and the team was a dream.

New work out in ’s holiday issue. This was an extra fun one! Spent two days in Waco creating magic with photographer who I deeply enjoy and admire and the fact that she and I got to hang with .0 both during and after work, well that was icing on the cake. Shout out to my very first boss, Sylvia Wilkins, at Neiman Marcus visual display, who taught me how to tame unruly ribbon and give it personality. A skill that doesn’t come up often, but when it does…ka-bam!💥🎀💥

This shoot had me dreaming about booking a flight to Positano! And devouring loads of pasta while sipping Rosato! made the tastiest spaghetti all’abriaco - basically pasta cooked in red wine with lots of garlic and butter. Yum! - which gave it that deep burgundy color. She grilled a beautiful, silvery branzino and we had so many gorgeous heirloom tomatoes, the table was a rainbow of Italian hues.
