UnsubCentral

provides email suppression list and campaign performance management solutions to leading advertisers, publishers, ad networks, and affiliate networks. The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 was the first federal legislation passed in the US regarding email marketing. Enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the CAN-SPAM Act applies to commercial email messages, with minimal exceptions, and mandates heavy fines for violations. With the introduction of the bill, email marketers demanded a solution to help them stay compliant with the new rules and regulations. Founded in 2003, UnsubCentral was the first company to offer email suppression and campaign performance management solutions for advertisers, agencies, list managers, and affiliate networks. Our solutions help companies comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and data privacy requirements by allowing them to securely manage opt-out lists across all of their email programs, vendors, and partners. The UnsubCentral Web-based SaaS platform gives advertisers a Compliance Command Center that enables complete automation, monitoring, and on-demand, secure distribution of their suppression files and consumer opt-out requests. UnsubCentral also serves as a centralized opt-out System of Record, so that all opt-out requests are captured and tracked, regardless of campaign or channel origin.. Since its inception, UnsubCentral has helped companies comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and data privacy requirements by allowing them to securely manage opt-out lists across the enterprise, affiliates and various third parties. Today, UnsubCentral is integrated with major affiliate networks and the leading email service providers. Our mission is simple: to give advertisers, ad networks and affiliate networks the tools they need to conduct email marketing with confidence.
