ICYMI: The SHINE Symposium at Kalahari on July 24 - 25 was a tremendous success thanks to the collaborative efforts of Workforce Solutions Capital Area and Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area!
🙌 Shout out to the 40 staff members from both boards who worked together to plan and execute this year's event.
Our favorite highlights:
✨ 854 early childhood professionals attended over 2 days (199 directors and administrators on Friday and 655 teachers on Saturday).
✨ Participants had the opportunity to earn up to 6.5 hours of professional development each day.
✨ Participants had the opportunity to attend 48 breakout sessions led by experts in the field.
SHINE continues to provide high-quality professional development that supports early childhood educators and strengthens the quality of care for children and families throughout our Central Texas communities.
