Turn found objects into art jewelry with a free make and take hosted by our Reuse Artist in Residence, 💍👖👗

Our signature runway show is just one month away at Mueller's Branch Park Pavilion! Want to be part of the reuse fashion revolution? Secure your spot at Reuse on the Runway now! Tickets start at just $20 for General Admission, and Premium Front Row tickets are officially sold out! ASL interpretation and accessible seating options will also be available. 🎟

This year's event will feature activities including a DIY Charm Station, where guests can make their own personalized bag or belt charm out of reuse materials, a photo booth, a live artist demonstration featuring ACR's Reuse Artist in Residence , and an opportunity to meet and greet the designers and models after the show! We'll also have a full bar and food truck on-site. You don't want to miss it!

Meet Merilee, one of our fabulous Core Volunteers!

Merilee volunteers in the specialty areas of ACR, Batreuse’s Emporium and our eBay store, helping to research and price some of the more fragile and unique items that are donated to us. Her background in estate sales makes her a perfect fit for this role, and we’re so grateful for her expertise! Outside of work and volunteering with ACR, she enjoys spending time in nature, as well as painting, drawing, and costuming.

The gnomes are coming together for a special Opening Celebration! 🍄

Join ACR at on Saturday, September 19 from 10AM - 2PM for a day of music, creativity, local food, and lots of gnome-inspired fun. Come explore the Grove, follow the music, discover hidden surprises, and enjoy bites from local food trucks. ACR will be bringing our creative spirit to the celebration with a reuse craft!

Dress up if you’re feeling gnome-y! There will be a community costume competition where the gnomiest takes it all, but you can go cozy, quirky, magical, or simply come as you are.

Thanks so much to everyone that joined us at Austin location last weekend for their Second Sunday event! We had a blast making reuse mosaics and always love seeing the incredible creativity this project brings out from kids and adults alike! We've said it once and we'll say it again: we love our volunteers! ACR would not be possible without the incredible dedication of our amazing volunteers. Everyone that gives their time and energy to sort, pack, process and price the materials that we receive allows us to divert even more materials from the landfill.

Our wonderful volunteer, Jeannie, who is a painter and donates her time and expertise to ACR to sort, process and price our paint donations, recently made this beautiful Gratitude Board sign for Volunteer Land, where volunteers can shout out their fellow volunteers for being awesome!
