THE DOGBONE CABLE CONNECTOR 🐶

We have another surprise drop tomorrow, and it’s a quality of life improvement for those especially with 2:1 dual cable systems.

There’s a ton to love about 2:1 ratio cable systems. However, one of the big drawbacks is losing quite literally half of the loaded weight. Especially for heavier movements like lat pulldowns and rows, this matters a ton.

The Dogbone addresses this by connecting both of the weight stacks, so you’re basically doubling the weight used. On the Fenrir and Slim Gym, this is a game changer.

The multiple holes allow for you to adjust your grip width when attaching D Handles as an example. And that center hole? Well that can attach to a single cable, so you’re not restricted to using this attachment for ONLY connecting cables.

And if you want to get REALLY fancy, the Dogbone can be used as a foot support for exercises like assisted pull-ups and dips (assuming the dip station is on a center post.

The Dogbone Cable Connector drops tomorrow 🔥

The next member of the Dane family is in Austin, TX ❤️

09/14/2026

Not many functional trainers come with a 1:1 pulley ratio, but the Dane 2.0 certainly does. If you load 100lbs, you’re actually going to feel 100lbs.

However, sometimes the 10lb jumps in weight can be too much for certain exercises. So what do you do?

That’s where something like fractional plates can be a huge benefit. The Midas Touch plates allow for jumps as low as 2.5lbs at a time.

And if you’re on a 2:1 system, those same jumps can be as lot as 1.25lbs!

30” CROSSMEMBERS WITH STORAGE ARE LIVE 👀

Listen, we’re not releasing this to go in EVERYONE’S home gym. This is aimed at people looking for unique storage solutions due to limited space.

The crossmembers come with a pair of hooks on either side, and aren’t exclusive to storing JUST barbells. If you have belts or bands laying around, you can throw those on the hooks.

Just to reiterate, these are meant to either replace your crossmembers on a standard squat cage (not half rack functional trainer), or be used as an extension off your 3x3 rack. 5/8” adapters can be used to convert the 1” holes as well.

SURPRISE DROP TOMORROW 🔥

One thing that barbells do a great job of is take up some pretty valuable space in home gyms. Rather than just leaving them on the ground, though, why not store them on the rack you already own?

The 30" Storage Crossmembers go on any plain rack that has 3x3 1" architecture, like our Osprey. The crossmembers swap with your preexisting ones, which means the hooks will be flush to the uprights. We've also made sure to include an additional slab of UHMW on the underside of the crossmember in case your bar makes contact, so your knurling will be protecting and your rack won't be scratched.

NOW JUST A NOTE: these will not work on the Dane 2.0 and similar half rack functional trainers because of the several components that go into them (guide rods, cables, etc). We know, we know, FRINGE DROPPED THE BALL 🗣️🗣️

Think of it like this: even if these were compatible with half rack functional trainers, it would be way more of a pain to make sure you DON'T hit anything else and screw up your cable system. Instead, you can build an extension off your trainer using these and have a dedicated section for storage!

The crossmembers drop TOMORROW and stock on these is extremely limited!

The Needle Low Profile Arms are LIVE 🔥

Quantities are limited, so pick them up before they’re gone 👀

If you use spotter arms to do rack pulls, this might be worth listening to.

Rack pulls are a great exercise for people that want to either work from a specific sticking point in their deadlift, or those that physically can't pull from the floor anymore but still want to perform a deadlift variation.

Here's the problem: spotter arms can sometimes limit the range of motion.

In the age of half rack functional trainers, it's very rare to see racks that allow lifters to do barbell movements on the inside of the uprights (disregarding smith machines), let alone set some spotting mechanism (arms, pipes, straps, etc.). In cases like the Dane 2.0, you'll be doing those movements on the outside which means you'll need to set some spotter arms.

The traditional spotter arms that come with the Dane 2.0 have a minimum bar-to-floor distance of 20". That's okay, but for a lot of people this means rack pulls will be from just below the knees. Low profile spotter arms like the Needles give back 6", which can completely change the feel of the movements for a lot of trainees.

The Needle Spotter Arms give you back real estate for your attachments, but also for your barbell movements 😉

Rack real estate is king when it comes to home gyms, and that's exactly where low profile spotter arms like the Needles come in.

Traditional spotter arms that come with half rack functional trainers are USUALLY bulky by design. In some cases, there's nothing wrong with this because the whole point of spotter arms is to...well...spot you. Now that we've entered a new age of home and garage gyms where that same rack is the centerpiece, most people are going to need that precious upright space.

The Needle Spotter Arms only take up 7" on uprights with standard spacing (this goes for racks with 1" or 5/8" holes). Meanwhile, traditional spotter arms like the ones that come with the Dane 2.0 take up DOUBLE that real estate.

It's pretty safe to say who the winner is here 😅

08/25/2026

What's even the point of low profile spotter arms? 🤔

It primarily comes down to something very specific: real estate.

Traditional spotter arms already to a great job at their main function: catch the bar in case you fail on a barbell lift. Cool.

The problem here is that a TON of room usually gets taken up by those same arms, sometimes up to 16" on an upright.

Low profile spotter arms are smaller by design, in both depth and height. In the case of the Needle Spotter Arms, the arm itself extends 20" off the rack (decrease of 5" from traditional arm) and only takes up 7" of vertical space on an upright.

This freeing up of room gives you back space for additional attachments, and can even help increase the range of motion on movements like rack pulls since these low profiles can be set much lower than traditional spotters.

The Needle Spotter Arms drop THIS FRIDAY!
