In 2024 my brother Diego visited Austin and told me he wanted to record Warren Zevon’s “Keep Me In Your Heart.” We cut it at with on glass/organ/bass, on guitars, on drums. I had no idea he could sing until he opened his mouth. I was blown away. The song hits streaming today as we throw his benefit show tonight in Ft. Payne. He faces 3 massive surgeries to fight cancer.
