Dancing Eagle

Reminded today...life is fragile and the joy of great memories past should not be forgotten but celebrated. In honor of losing an old friend in rock and roll, I'm gonna post a few pics from the old days.

Here, Cj Ramone and I shoot the s**t with the rest of the Suckers gang at some s**thole in America.

It was the honor of a lifetime touring with the Ramones briefly in the 90's, on tour with White Zombie. CJ was always down for the hang.

And after they broke up, spending time on the road with CJ and his Los Gusanos band was totally awesome. My best guess is this was one of those dates from the later 90's.

The tight network of bands making incredible rock n roll then was something very special. It was a time where mainstream rock was crap but just right there under the surface was a plethora of incredible, authentic, original, high octane rock that holds up so many years later.

I'm eternally grateful for these experiences and friends from that time.

Alright!

A night The Saxon Pub is always a great night. Alright Yahtzee Brown!!
