IEP

The interactive entertainment industry today is a balancing act of creative expression and commercial reality. Company success or failure rests on the abilities of employees to execute their roles efficiently and effectively. Unfortunately, many companies do not always have the capacity to provide sophisticated talent development. Utilizing disparate external offerings, or relying solely on experience and osmosis, does not deliver an integrated learning experience for employees. The result is inconsistent skills and expertise, even among equals. Through industry certification and continuous education offerings, IEP cultivates and develops dynamic individuals that can meet the unique challenges of the interactive entertainment industry. IEP creates superior work culture by delivering common knowledge levels, leadership, and accountability.
