Drone update at Foxlake II! Construction is progressing on this 396-unit, 3-story garden-style community spread across 13.36 acres in Houston.
Residents will enjoy two resort-style pools with swim-up bars and private cabanas, a pickleball court, outdoor pavilions with BBQ grills, fireplaces and TVs, an artificial turf game lawn, a dog park and pet spa, a 24-hour fitness center and spin/yoga studio, and co-working spaces with private offices.
Homes will feature French door refrigerators, quartz countertops, brass hardware, mud rooms, and smart technology with 9" wood plank vinyl flooring throughout, with select homes offering oversized private yards.

Developed by Portman Holdings in partnership with Generational Commercial Properties, the project will deliver a rooftop pool, luxury residences, and 39 units with private rooftop patios, along with experiential ground-floor retail creating a new destination for the community.

Construction is progressing on this 7-story, 375-unit community, and it's shaping up to be something special.

The location is prime with a renovated HEB right across the street and a 15-acre park just steps away.
