I decided to not renew my website yinpetals.com. A couple of reasons. One, is I didn’t like the web host and I am going to switch to Canva. Second, I will be moving to Fischer, TX and will be serving the Comal County area. I plan to start practicing there by fall and completely living there by Fall 2024. However, I will keep my days at Castle Hill Fitness. Those days are on Sundays and Mondays.

My intention is to focus on pelvic floor issues, but that does not mean I can’t also treat other issues such as neck pain, allergies, stress, etc. Stay tuned for more info on that!

In November I attended a pelvic floor seminar for acupuncture. I’ve been putting the new techniques to work and already seeing benefits in patients with bladder urgency. All I can say is…YAY!

I am now EXSTORE certified. The Exstore System was developed by Dr. Anthony J. Lombardi from Canada. It's focus is treating muscular pain by finding the root cause. In this system we find which muscles are neurologically inhibited. These weak muscles make other muscles compensate leading to pain and dysfunction. Once the inhibited muscles are treated the pain is also treated.
