With humble roots as a late night food trailer, team ADP got their start pressing panini for the show goers and bar patrons of the Red River Cultural District. With an insatiable hunger for big, bold, Texas sized flavor and all things sandwich the team partnered with Executive Chef Reed Faitak in the summer of 2012 and took the leap to a brick and mortar operation. With the advent of a tiny, yet proper kitchen, Chef Reed and his team found their culinary calling by way of the classic Mexican sandwich, the Torta. Fresh baked Telera Rolls were the perfect platform for Chef Reeds' endless creativity and unique approach to balancing classic and contemporary flavors and techniques.

Well, this is real now.
ADP is officially loaded into ACL Eats, which means MLK is going dark for a little while so we can put everything weโve got into feeding Zilker.

Who are you plotting to steal away for Austin Restaurant Weeks? ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ
We took the Balsamic Bacon Chicken off the menu a couple of years ago and people would not let it go. Not politely, either.
So it is back for Restaurant Weeks. Bacon, balsamic onion jam, smashed avo, Parmesan aioli, chicken, toasted telera. Twenty five dollars gets the whole thing: truffle parm hushpuppies, the torta, an agua fresca and cookies. Four of those dollars go to Central Texas Food Bank.
It leaves Sep 12 and then it goes back in the vault.
