I make and sell custom, water-weighted hula hoops for the hips, arms, and legs. I also give lessons on hooping tricks and tips. I can teach you anything from dancing with a hoop, to hooping with multiple hoops, to arm and leg tricks, to basic exercises you can do with an allie hoop.
